Kenny has worked within the golf industry for over 16 years while specialising in golf fitness and performance for over 14 years working with European Tour Players and amateurs alike. Providing Strength and Conditioning support to optimise performance and prevent injuries.
Throughout Kenny’s career he has worked with in many different sports such as Rugby, Hockey, Football and many more helping to improve performance. Kenny has worked extensively with clients looking to change their lifestyles and their bodies whether the goal is to lose weight or increase muscles he can help you reach your goals, working with people from 12-80 years of age and all ability levels .
Having completed an MSc in Strength and Conditioning and a BSs (Hons) in Sport and Exercises Science, with further qualifications from the United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association, Functional movement Screening, The Titleist Performance Institute and Sports Massage. Throughout this time completed extensive research into the impact of Strength and Conditioning on golf performance, delivering seminars within this area.

Jordan works with athletes from many different sports professional or amateur to provide training and recovery methods to help them improve performance and compete at the best of their ability. He also serves anyone looking to change their lifestyle and/or body whether that be get stronger and build muscle, lose body fat or to feel and move better.
Graduated from the University of Strathclyde with an Honours degree in Sport and Physical activity whilst also completing a diploma in Sports Massage and becoming a Certified Physical Preparation Specialist. Throughout his studies he has conducted research in junior football and golf mostly consisting of fitness testing and how training can impact performance.
A personal sporting background in football, boxing and golf lead to an interest in weight training and how strength and conditioning can be applied to improve performance and reduce injury. He continues to learn and experiment with training and recovery protocols to develop the skills and knowledge to provide his clients with safe but fun training routines that serve a purpose and not just make you tired.
