At FTF we assess each individual specifically using our screening process to determine how your body moves and identify which areas can be improved to increase your performance and reduce the chance of injury.
Specialising in golf performance we follow the philosophy of the stability/mobility model which encourages your body to work in an alternating pattern of stable segments followed by mobile joints to avoid any dysfunction or pain. For this model to be effective we develop all aspects of Fitness, Strength, Speed, Balance, Flexibility and Coordination alongside your golf mechanics to create an efficient and powerful swing.
